Position Summary:
Our Client is seeking a highly organized and motivated Corporate Paralegal to support their Legal Department. You will work directly with the Head of Legal, who is looking for a driven, business-oriented individual, with strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing legal and compliance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal and administrative support to the Legal Department.
Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
Assist with corporate governance, including entity formation, annual filings, and board meeting materials.
An ideal Candidate will have:
1-2 years PQE in a legal department, either at a law-firm or in-house team, maximum 6 years.
