Our client is seeking a team of 10 detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegals for their legal department for a long-term, hybrid, contract role in MULTIPLE LOCATIONS ACROSS NEW YORK STATE & ALBANY, NY. The ideal candidates will provide essential support to attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting with case preparation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and compile case-related information.

Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.

Assist in case preparation, including organizing and maintaining case files.

Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and external parties as needed.

File legal documents with courts and administrative agencies.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures.

Perform administrative duties, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field.

Paralegal certification is a REQUIRED!!

2 + years of experience as a Paralegal.

Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Must commit to the long-term contract.
