Your Role
We are seeking an Attorney with at least three years of pre-trial litigation experience to join our Litigation Team. In this role, you will:
Manage pre-trial processes and develop litigation strategies.
Collaborate closely with a team of legal professionals in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Represent our clients with excellence, drawing on your deep knowledge of litigation practices.

Compensation:
$120,000+/- DOE
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research
Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action
Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
Depositions (experience a plus but will train)
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience working in a law firm is required
Admitted to practice in NYS
Strong research and writing skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
