We are currently partnering with a pioneering asset manager who are looking for a Paralegal to occupy a role with breadth and variety. The successful candidate will form part of an established, international legal team which focuses on the development of a suite of investment products.
More specifically, the paralegal will:
Assist the team with fund launches through the drafting and negotiation of a variety of fund documentation;
Be involved in strategic business project and product meetings concerning the design of potential future products;
Assist with the maintenance of the current European product range, including the preparation of prospectus rollovers; liaising with regulators and management of board reports;
Support the team on firm-wide projects concerning the impact and implementation of new regulations.
You may hail from Private Practice, working within a Financial Services team, but we are ideally looking for prior/current in-house experience. Asset Management experience is of course useful but is not a pre-requisite.
