This role offers an opportunity to gain exposure to commercial contracts, legal operations, corporate governance and company secretarial matters within a multinational business environment. You will work closely with experienced legal professionals and business stakeholders while supporting legal activities across a diversified international group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal and administrative support to the Legal and Corporate Secretarial team
  • Support the preparation, review, administration, and tracking of commercial agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, IP licence agreements, share transfer documentation and other commercial contracts while ensuring accuracy and commercial practicality.
  • Maintain legal documentation processes to ensure consistency, compliance and effective records management
  • Maintain legal databases and document management systems to ensure records remain accurate, current, and readily accessible.
  • Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and provide responsive support on legal documentation matters.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Higher Certificate, Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of relevant exp in an in-house legal team, law firm, or a combination of both.
  • Fluent English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
  • Demonstrated integrity, accountability and strong organisational skills.
