Responsibilities:
Draft, edit, and organize immigration petitions (Petition Letters)
Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and client files
Research and analyze immigration laws and policy changes
Communicate with clients, gather necessary information, and provide basic legal support
Manage and follow up on immigration case processes
Requirements:
Paralegal Certification is required
1-2 years of experience in immigration law
Familiarity with employment-based immigration cases and processing
Strong skills in drafting immigration documents, particularly Petition Letters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.05 – $50.85 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shift
