***Remote Position – must reside in Ohio, Indiana, Florida, Illinois, or Tennessee***
Multistate law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience handling plaintiff-side foreclosure cases in the states of Ohio and/or Indiana. The firm places a special emphasis on the rapid resolution of its foreclosure matters. This position would not be assigned their own caseload, but instead would primarily be responsible for assisting our Ohio and Indiana Paralegals with their workload, while also covering for them when they are out of the office.
The firm pays for 50% of healthcare benefits for employees and their families. The firm also provides paid vacation, sick time and 401k matching.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year experience representing Plaintiffs in foreclosure in Ohio or Indiana
Experience using Tempo and/or LPS required
Motivated self-starters that are organized and can think outside the box
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Paralegal certificate preferred
Preference given to candidates with CaseMax experience
