Senior Trial Paralegal (100% Remote – California)
A reputable boutique firm in Los Angeles is seeking a high-caliber Senior Trial Paralegal to join their elite litigation team. This role is designed for a career paralegal with extensive "in-the-trenches" trial experience who thrives in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
Salary: up to 200k DOE
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of dedicated experience as a Trial Paralegal.
- Career Path: We are looking for a career-track professional; candidates should have a proven history in paralegal roles.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required. An ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate is strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Relativity or similar complex litigation databases is essential. You must be comfortable managing the full e-discovery lifecycle.
- Residency: Must be physically located in California to meet state requirements, though the role is fully remote.
Core Responsibilities:
- Trial Advocacy & Logistics: Lead the setup and management of trial war rooms, coordinating all logistics, technology, and document flows in high-pressure environments.
- E-Discovery Management: Oversee large-scale document reviews, productions, and database management using Relativity.
- Substantive Litigation Support: Draft complex legal documents, manage exhibit lists, coordinate witness preparation, and assist with deposition oversight.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with attorneys who have backgrounds in premier global law firms to deliver work product that meets the highest industry standards.
