**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to support our legal team in preparing documents and conducting legal research. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal concepts and procedures, as well as experience working with document management systems. The successful applicant will have the ability to manage multiple files and projects, while also being able to litigate effectively. This role is ideal for those with a passion for law and a desire to contribute to the success of our team.
**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct legal research and prepare documents for submission to courts, regulatory agencies, and other entities.
– Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and other legal proceedings.
– Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, in a secure and efficient manner.
– Utilize document management systems to manage and track documents.
– Review and analyze documents and records for compliance with laws and regulations.
– Assist with data entry and the preparation of reports and other legal documents.
– Work closely with attorneys and other legal staff to ensure the efficient operation of the legal team.
– Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
– Perform other tasks as needed to support the legal team.
**Qualifications:**
– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred but not required.
– Proficiency with document management systems and file organization.
– Strong organizational and data entry skills.
– Excellent communication and analytical skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
