Are you a Paralegal experienced in:
Drafting, proofreading, and preparing legal documents?
Conducting legal research and taking meeting minutes efficiently?
Organizing and managing corporate documents with attention to detail?
Coordinating the signing of corporate documents and liaising with legal teams?

If you also check these boxes, we’d love to connect:
3-5 years of experience as a paralegal within a law firm or in-house
Familiarity with US or UK law (knowledge of Swiss law is a plus)
Full professional fluency in English, German or French are an asset
