Our client is hiring for a Sr. Paralegal/ Contract Specialist to join their team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is an initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension. Hybrid opportunity (flexible schedule – in office Tuesdays is mandatory.
Paralegal or Contract Specialist with 5+ years of contract management experience supporting large corporate legal, sourcing, or procurement teams. This individual will work directly with attorneys and independently manage the contract lifecycle from drafting through execution
Hybrid: in office 4x / week
Pay: 41/hr. on a W2
Location: Fort Worth,TX
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage a variety of commercial contracts
- Partner directly with attorneys throughout the contract process
- Make contract drafting decisions and incorporate appropriate legal language
- Independently manage contracts for a dedicated business client
- Maintain organized contract documentation and records
- Utilize internal contract management systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience reviewing and drafting contracts
- Experience supporting a corporate legal, sourcing, procurement, or related department
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple contracts independently
- Salesforce or similar contract management system experience is a plus
- Paralegal certification is not required
