Braun Kendrick Finkbeiner P.L.C., a full-service, business and civil litigation firm in Saginaw, Michigan, with additional offices in Midland and Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, seeks an Associate Attorney with at least four (4) years of civil litigation experience. Position will be in the Firm’s Litigation Department, handling all manner of civil cases, including commercial, real estate, and employment litigation, creditor’s rights bankruptcy work, and family law. Applicants must have the ability to act independently, be self-starters and have a strong work ethic. Applicants should also have excellent writing and advocacy skills, with the desire to handle complex matters.
In addition to base salary and other benefits stated below, Associate Attorneys are eligible for Braun Kendrick’s bonus program and profit sharing plan (waiting period applicable).
Salary negotiable based on experience and market.
