On offer is a varied Paralegal position supporting corporate, regulatory and transactional legal matters across multiple business units. You'll work closely with experienced attorneys, manage licensing and corporate governance activities, conduct legal research, assist with contracts and compliance projects, and play a key role in supporting the company's continued expansion into new markets.

The Role:
*Manage licensing, accreditation and corporate governance matters across multiple entities and business units
*Support attorneys with legal research, contract administration, regulatory compliance and corporate transactions
*Work on varied, high-impact legal projects within a rapidly growing healthcare technology business

The Candidate:
*Bachelor's degree required (Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred)
*Experience as a Paralegal within a law firm or in-house legal department
*Experience supporting corporate, regulatory or healthcare legal matters, with strong legal research, organisation and communication skills
