Responsibilities:
Prepare legal documents and correspondence for attorney review and court filing.
Purpose: To assist in the preparation of cases and ensure accuracy in legal documentation.
Maintain case files and update records to ensure all deadlines are met.
Purpose: To keep cases organized and on track to meet court deadlines.
Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
Purpose: To ensure smooth flow of information and timely responses in legal proceedings.
Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness materials.
Purpose: To help attorneys present cases effectively in court.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working as a litigation paralegal preferably in personal injury
Proficiency in electronic filing systems
Strong attention to detail
Ability to draft court filings accurately and efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
