Key **
Maintain frequent and professional client communication
Initiate insurance claims and handle related documentation
Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
Draft demand packages for settlement negotiations
Assist attorneys in negotiating settlements
What We’re Looking *
Prior legal experience required
Claims experience preferred
Medical or customer service experience is a big plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive attitude, team player, and must have a sense of humor
College degree preferred
Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
