Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Paralegal in Wilmington, DE (Hybrid). Contract Duration: 6 Month with strong likelihood of conversion to full time.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of consumer protection and marketing laws applicable to financial services, including TILA, FCRA, and UDAAP principles
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations and guidance issued by federal banking regulators related to consumer advertising and marketing practices
- Experience reviewing or advising on consumer facing marketing materials such as websites, digital ads, emails, disclosures, direct mail, or social media content
- Strong ability to identify misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete statements and assess compliance risk within marketing communications
- Solid understanding of compliance risk management frameworks, including documentation, issue tracking, and escalation protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain regulatory requirements to non technical stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when balancing compliance requirements with business and marketing objectives
- Ability to manage multiple reviews simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Experience working cross functionally with marketing, legal, product, and risk teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Law, Communications, Risk Management, or a related field (or equivalent compliance experience)

What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex Paralegal initiatives and deliverables and contribute to large-scale planning related to Paralegal deliverables
- Review and analyze moderately complex Paralegal challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Paralegal deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with Client personnel in Legal
