Mann Law Group is hiring an experienced personal injury litigation attorney to assist in handling our growing number of litigation files. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and knowledgable with California state Court rules and deadlines, all phases of discovery, and is able to conduct basic research and legal drafting.
2+ years of California Personal Injury Litigation experience is required
Responsibilities:
Litigate cases from complaint preparation through to case resolution
Draft pleadings and motions (including motions for summary judgment)
Propound and respond to discovery
Prepare for, take, and defend depositions
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel
Court appearances
Conduct legal research
Manage and maintain client relationships
Prepare for trial
Qualifications:
California State Bar admission
Minimum 2 years of personal injury litigation experience
Ability to manage personal injury litigation caseload
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
