Introduction:

Please take note that this is a 12-months contract position.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Paralegal to join our team. This in-house role involves administrative duties and paralegal responsibilities, including legal research. A background in law, such as a law diploma or law major, is a bonus. Proficiency in Chinese is a bonus but not a must.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

1. Support Korea litigation, settlement and other dispute resolution related to the business

2. Draft, review and revise day-to-day business contracts, provide risk assessments and legal

consultation opinions to support business growth

3. In charge of negotiations and legal document reviews related to overseas matters.

4. Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate documents with regulatory bodies.

5. Complete other tasks arranged by the leadership.
What you’ll Need to Succeed

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, Juris Doctor/LLM preferred.

2. 1~3 years of experience in legal affairs familiar with laws and regulations related to company operations and local litigation procedure, litigation experience preferred

3. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

4. Excellent English skills, able to handle legal matters using legal English.

5. Assist in promoting the implementation of major compliance projects
