We're independent, alternatives-only, and intend to stay that way.
The Role
We're looking for a mid-level or senior compliance professional to join our compliance team. You'll work across a diverse book of alternative investment fund clients, supporting compliance program management, regulatory filings, policy work, and exam readiness.
Experience with Hedge, Venture, Private Equity, Fund of Funds and/or Credit funds is necessary.
At the mid level, you'll get real client exposure and meaningful responsibility from day one. At the senior level, you'll have significant autonomy, direct client ownership, and an opportunity to help shape how we deliver compliance at scale.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day compliance programs for a portfolio of SEC-registered investment adviser clients
- Develop, maintain, and update compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct forensic testing and annual compliance reviews
- Support SEC exam preparation and response
- Assist with regulatory filings (Form ADV, Form PF, and others)
- Deliver compliance training to client staff
- Stay current on regulatory developments relevant to alternative investment advisers
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of compliance experience in the alternative investment space
- Familiarity with SEC registered investment adviser requirements (Advisers Act, related rules)
- Strong written communication, you'll be drafting policies and client facing materials
- Detail oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Experience at an outsourced compliance firm, RIA, or alternatives-focused law firm preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
