ADMINISTRATIVE/MARKETING ASSISTANT

We are looking for someone looking to start their career off on the right foot.

This position is a 12-18 month training ground for ensuing positions, such as marketing coordinator, legal assistant, sales assistant, case manager, or paralegal.

The Administrative & Marketing Assistant is an entry-level support role. It is a demanding and challenging position that is critical to the success of our business.

You will work directly with all members of the firm including senior level executives and interact directly with clients facing challenges such as insurance claim denials, overwhelming debt, or a pending business bankruptcy.

OBJECTIVES, RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIRED SKILLS

Ultimately, the success of this position is determined by attitude and aptitude.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

Potential new client screening and scheduling
Assist marketing team to develop and execute paid search marketing campaigns and direct mail marketing campaigns
Assist marketing team in developing reporting for effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales efficiency
Assist legal team with administrative tasks such as bankruptcy mailings
Assist client team with business filings and research
Inbound phone management
Break room management
Fax and Mail processing

Qualifications:

Quick, adaptable learner and enthusiastic about learning new skills
Attention to detail
Extremely organized
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Appropriate writing and verbal communication skills
Enjoy client interaction in marketing, sales, or support environments
A 4-year degree is preferred
Experience in front desk, administrative, marketing, sales, or customer support roles would be helpful but is not necessary
Ability to speak and write fluently in Spanish is a plus but not required
Technically savvy – we are a 100% digital office and you must be able to effectively use our online Client Management System for client interaction and documentation
Proficiency in desktop computer applications such as Acrobat and Office
Ability and desire to learn new technical skills and applications such as video production, website design and image editing

We help small business owners manage the bankruptcy process and help homeowners with denied and underpaid insurance claims. We must be empathetic and responsive when dealing with clients. This is a volume legal practice and we heavily leverage technology to achieve a maximum amount of efficiency and outcome.

A market-based salary is offered.
