Qualifications:
Preferably graduate of Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering courses.
At least 1-year supervisory experience in manufacturing industry.
With basic machine troubleshooting experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to be assigned in Imus, Cavite.

Able to complete basic projects that are designed to enhance understanding of operations
Monitor and maintain workflows to ensure timely execution of tasks and activities.
Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to processes.
Provide updates and reports to management on progress and operational metrics.
Ensure operations are in line with company policies and legal regulations.
Monitor and report any compliance risks or issues.
