Four-Attorney Metairie, Louisiana law firm seeking immediate full-time intake coordinator/data entry/legal assistant for a growing Plaintiff’s firm with a nationwide trial practice focusing on railroad and serious personal injury cases. Personal injury litigation experience is preferred but not required. Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include:
Answering Phones and Returning Calls
Data Entry
Scanning and saving incoming mail and emails
Reviewing calendar daily
Greeting office guests and clients
Ordering and Organizing Office Supplies and maintain clean office space
Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail/Fed Ex/Certified Mail
Sending contracts/initial letters for new clients
Gathering information from Potential Clients for attorney review
Assisting attorneys as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year commensurate with experience.
