Rosenberg Law Firm is a constitutional law firm seeking a full-time associate attorney with experience handling post-judgment and/or appellate matters in New York.
You must be an attorney in good standing, and licensed to practice law in New York. This is an on-site position with an office, and there will be no remote work. Please DO NOT email the office email address; send inquiries through Indeed only.
You will focus about 3/5 of your time on legal services, and 2/5 of your time handling potential new client matters; you will receive a percentage of any sales, as well; you will also have expectations as to sales each month, which will add significantly to your base salary.
Qualifications:
– Ability to speak with potential client’s about cases
– Conscientious, ethical, and hard working team-player
– Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
– Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
– Excellent verbal communication skills
– A commitment to reading/learning voluminous case documents
– An ability to write thoroughly, and efficiently
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Pay: $81,364.28 – $97,987.09 per year
