Position: Oil & Gas Associate – Bismarck, ND

Overview:
We are seeking an attorney to join our Oil & Gas team in our Bismarck office. As an attorney in our Energy Department, you will play a key role in advising and supporting client teams on complex issues within the energy and oil & gas sectors. In this position you will draft and review commercial agreements, and handle transactional real estate matters.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in energy, real estate, and regulatory matters, be proactive in seeking opportunities, and skilled at effectively managing workload.
Preferred candidates will have:
Prior legal experience
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
Strong academic/professional credentials
J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to be promptly admitted in North Dakota
