Job Description
Providing operational legal support to the B2B Directorate, including but not limited to drafting, reviewing, and revising a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents in a timely manner; supporting to negotiate contract terms with the external counterparts; and delivering practical legal advice on contractual positions, risk exposures, and mitigation strategies, while keeping the business moving efficiently and ensuring the Company’s interests are protected in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws and regulations.
Qualification
Minimum bachelor of degree in law from reputable university in Indonesia.
Experience
Minimum 4 years legal experience including for contract drafting and commercial negotiation.
Related Experience
Drafting legal documents and correspondence (agreement, legal memorandum, letters, minutes etc.)
Contract negotiations
Skills
Skillful with company laws, telecommunication laws, anti-competition law, as well as in depth knowledge of consumer protection law
Excellent drafting and negotiations skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in English and able to operate MS Office tools (word, excel, powerpoint).
Passionate about understanding stakeholder requirements and ensuring their concerns are captured and included in contracts to protect the Company’s interest
Able to explain and implement basic understanding of commercial risk
Able to perform negotiation using best practices strategy, based on procedure/strategy defined by her/his supervisors
Able to explain the contents of a legal agreements
Strong inter-personal skills to be able to manage and engage internal/external business relationships
Ability to think out-of-the-box and be willing to challenge the norm as well as manage conflicting expectations of stakeholders.
