We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Legal Counsel. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
Prepare and edit emails, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Organize and maintain files and records.
Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist in project management and follow-up on pending matters.
Research and gather information to assist with decision-making.
Demonstrate project management and multitasking skills with a keen awareness of timeliness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems.
Prior experience in a construction or fabrication manufacturing facility is preferred.
Prior Paralegal experience is a plus.
