Social Security Disability Law Firm seeks full-time intake specialist to manage contact with prospective clients and provide superior customer service in a fast-paced environment in small law firm located in the South End.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Excellent written & oral communications, customer service, organization, and solid letter writing and proper grammar/punctuation skills.
Strong computer proficiency: Skilled typing ability and knowledge of personal computers, hardware, software and related applications. Microsoft Office experience preferred.
Ability to work as a team player and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask and handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all staff levels and the public.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Superior reliability and professionalism.
Prior Social Security Disability experience a plus, but not required.

BENEFITS:

Pay: $15-18 per hour, depending on experience and education

DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for facilitating the client intake process for the firm, including ensuring timely and accurate contact is made with potential clients. Completing benefit applications and mailing retainers. Assisting with answering phones and a variety of office administrative tasks as needed. Must provide superior customer service at all times answering calls, returning calls, greeting clients, and assessing potential clients.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma. The ideal candidate would have prior administrative and customer service experience . Also, Microsoft Office experience is preferred.

This is an in-office position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
