Boutique entertainment law firm is hiring an Office Manager to join its midtown Manhattan team.

The ideal candidate is an organized and motivated professional with:

Prior office management experience, preferably in a law firm

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Office Manager will:

Ensure daily office upkeep including answering phones, ordering supplies, distributing mail, etc.

Provide basic IT troubleshooting

Manage employee recruiting, onboarding, and relations

Oversee human resources, benefit administration, and payroll

Assist bookkeeper with invoicing, A/R and A/P

Liaise with outside vendors and building management

Track attorney Bar registrations and CLE credits

Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Additional information:

Salary: $80K – $100K commensurate with experience + benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, 401K, PTO & more

Full-time in office
