COMPENSATION
The salary range for this role is $85,000 – $115,000 per year, based on experience, organizational skills, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Support daily administrative and office operations
– Maintain records, files, and business documentation
– Coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules
– Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
– Assist with document management and recordkeeping
– Respond to internal and external inquiries
– Track projects, deadlines, and operational activities
– Maintain databases and administrative systems
– Coordinate communication between departments
– Assist with process improvement initiatives
– Support special projects and operational tasks
– Help ensure smooth and efficient business operations
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– High school diploma or equivalent required
– Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
– 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, operations, or support roles
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
– Attention to detail and accuracy
– Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
– Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
– Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
– Professional, dependable, and service-oriented mindset
