Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our small estate planning and commercial real estate law firm in Raleigh. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in supporting office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and bookkeeping. Prior experience working in a law office is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position.
Duties:
Handle billing and bookkeeping
Oversee daily office operations
Greet and provide general support for clients
Answer the phone
Maintain office equipment and office supply inventory
Filing, typing, copying, scanning
Organize
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Quick Books (required) and Timeslips (preferred)
Prior experience working in a law office and with legal documents preferred, but not required
Competence in front desk operations
Reliable transportation required
