Immediate opening:
Established Independence Law Firm seeking Legal Assistant. Will work directly with our Senior Attorney working primarily on Estate Planning, Probate and Real Estate. Must have familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience in a Law Office setting or Accounting would be preferred. This person will share responsibility for incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting our clients. Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work without supervision. Previous office, secretarial, accounting or clerical experience preferred.
This is a flexible part time position (2-3 days per week). Normal hours will be 8:30-4:30 with a lunch break, but we are willing to work around personal scheduling issues as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 24 per week
