Position Summary
We are looking for an entry-level attorney who is passionate about litigation and client advocacy. This role provides one-on-one mentorship, real case exposure, and direct involvement in legal proceedings—offering an ideal foundation for a motivated individual seeking to build their career in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in litigation, court appearances, depositions, and settlement negotiations
Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and contracts
Manage case files and interact directly with clients
Assist in trial preparation and case strategy development
Stay up to date with legal and procedural developments
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Recently passed the California Bar Exam (or awaiting results)
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Interest in litigation with a willingness to appear in court
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Passion for growing with the firm and taking on increasing responsibility
