Full Job Description
Looking for an attorney for our satellite office in Eugene in an of counsel position. As in an independent contractor where you are paid only for the revenue you generate. Ideally this would be an additional revenue stream for you, though it could easily generate enough revenue to be a full-time position.
For the first $10k in net revenue, that revenue is split 60% to you for cases provided to you by the firm. Then 90% to you after that, presuming you pay your own PLF. Other contract work would be at an agreed upon hourly rate or on a project by project basis.
We handle employment, landlord-tenant, and small business matters for the majority of our work. Must be an Oregon licensed attorney with PLF coverage.
