Essential Requirements:
2+ years of experience in real estate litigation
Strong experience in motion practice, file responsibility, and depositions
Background in landlord/tenant disputes and fair housing defense (preferred)
Excellent advocacy, writing, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, strong work ethic, and multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
Must be licensed to practice law in California
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $150,000 – $180,000 (based on experience)
Annual discretionary bonus
Flexible hybrid schedule (work remotely 2 days a week)
