Full job description:
ROS Law Group, PLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join a Tennessee-based law firm representing clients in subrogation and reimbursement matters throughout the United States. Interested candidates should have experience and/or an interest in working on ERISA subrogation, Employee Benefits, Employment Law, and other related litigation. Excellent academic credentials, written and oral advocacy skills, and phone and email etiquette are a must. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in at least one state but licensure in multiple states is desirable.
Requirements for the Associate Attorney:
An interest in subrogation, employee benefits, employment law
Licensed to practice and in good standing in at least one U.S. state
J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills; email and phone etiquette are a must

Pay: Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
