Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position requires a strong understanding of compliance management, quality assurance, and the regulatory landscape surrounding clinical trials and FDA regulations. The Compliance Manager will work closely with various departments to promote a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Duties
Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance protocols and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with project management teams to ensure that all clinical trials meet regulatory standards and quality assurance practices.
Monitor changes in FDA regulations and other relevant guidelines, ensuring that the organization remains compliant.
Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters, fostering an understanding of policies and procedures.
Prepare reports on compliance activities, findings, and recommendations for senior management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies during inspections or inquiries.
Requirements
Proven experience in compliance management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations and quality assurance practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in evaluating compliance issues.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly.
A degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, chemistry, or regulatory affairs is preferred.
