Our client is a growing law firm specializing in Real Estate Litigation. Committed to excellence, client satisfaction, and a collaborative team environment, they are expanding operations and seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join the Aventura, FL office.
Job Description:
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team throughout the litigation process. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Litigation, demonstrating expertise in handling various litigation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and coordinating all Real Estate litigation cases.
Collaborate with attorneys to prepare and review legal documents for litigation cases.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other relevant parties involved in the litigation process.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting Real Estate litigation.
Requirements:
Experience with at least one trial.
At least 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
Proven expertise in supporting the litigation process from start to finish.
Strong organizational skills to manage complex cases efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have:
Proficiency in Spanish, Russian, or French languages.
Familiarity with additional legal software and tools (e.g., case management software).
Specific Real Estate knowledge or experience would be great, but not necessary.
Location:
This is a full-time, in-office position located in Aventura, FL. Candidates must be willing to work in the office initially.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary in the range of $80,000 – $85,000 annually.
