Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Contractand Compliance Coordinator to oversee and manage all aspects of contract development and compliance within our organization including but not limited to COI’s, AIA Billing, Sales Tax Management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen understanding of intellectual property law, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to facilitate business development.
Responsibilities
Request, track, and renew Certificates of Insurance from subcontractors and vendors.
Collect, verify, and remit sales taxes as required for projects in different jurisdictions.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on Pay Applications (AIA G702/G703 or equivalent).
Coordinate with PMs, accounting, and clients to ensure billing aligns with contract terms.
Experience
Construction admin experience (flooring or GC preferred).
Familiar with AIA billing, lien waivers, and COI requirements.
Comfortable working with Excel and construction accounting software (if applicable).
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven.
