Role Description
The Nhân Viên Pháp Lý Vận Tải (Q1) will support legal and compliance activities related to transportation operations, contracts, and regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role is based in District 1 and involves reviewing and drafting transportation-related agreements and internal documents, assisting in the preparation of reports and filings for authorities, and monitoring compliance with relevant laws and company policies. The role includes coordinating with operations, HR, and other departments to address legal issues, advising on risk prevention in daily transport activities, and supporting the handling of disputes, claims, or violations involving passengers, partners, or regulatory bodies. The legal staff member will also help maintain and update internal regulations, provide basic legal training or guidance to relevant teams, and contribute to continuous improvement of legal processes within the company.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations related to transportation, business, contracts, and labor.
- Skills in legal research, legal writing, and document review for contracts, agreements, and internal regulations.
- Ability to analyze risks, provide practical legal advice, and support dispute resolution and claims handling.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, external partners, and authorities.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; eligibility to work as a legal professional in Vietnam is an advantage.
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or corporate legal departments is beneficial.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic English skills are a plus.
