Due to expansion they wish to recruit a Conveyancing solicitor to join their busy team. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Residential Conveyancing team.
The Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal career within a supportive, professional, and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions. Drafting and reviewing contracts and title documentation. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors. Ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory and internal standards. Providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining excellent client service. Supporting senior solicitors and partners on more complex matters where required.
Requirements:
Recently qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (NQ to 1 year PQE). Solid understanding of residential property law and conveyancing procedures. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions. Excellent
communication
and client care skills. Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a
fast-paced environment
