The Role:
- Handle personal injury defense matters, including auto, trucking, multi-party injury, and general liability cases.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal correspondence, and case reports.
- Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy, hearings, depositions, client communication, and litigation progression.
Compensation:
- Base salary up to $170,000, depending on experience.
- Quarterly bonus opportunities available.

Location:
- Dallas, Texas.
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
Must-Haves:
- 2–5 years of litigation experience preferred.
- Candidates with around 1.5+ years may be considered if strong.
- Active Texas Bar.
- Prior defense-side litigation experience required.
- Personal injury defense / insurance defense experience strongly preferred.
- Must be local to the Texas market.
