The Role
You will work on a range of real estate transactional matters, including:
- Purchase and sale agreements
- Loan and financing documentation
- Joint venture and operating agreements
- Syndications and preferred equity structures
- Managing deals from inception through closing
- Coordinating with partners, clients, and internal teams to keep transactions moving efficiently
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to $280,000
- Billables: ~1800 hours
- Plus full benefits
