New Client Intake Specialist Jobs in Albuquerque, NM at Parnall Law
Local counsel position for busy consumer rights law firm. We do work under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act in 10 states, including CA. We have a need for a contract attorney to act as our local counsel in the Federal court in CA, especially in the Middle District. We do all of the back office work including writing of complaints, motions and briefs. We need someone that can appear in our cases for hearings and the occasional deposition. We are a very technologically astute firm and work as a team on these cases. You will be supported by other attorneys and a team of paralegals and support staff.
