Overview
We are seeking an experienced Network Real Estate Specialist to join our team in driving project completion and site acquisition initiatives. As a Network Real Estate Specialist, you will manage multiple real estate projects while ensuring compliance with leasing, zoning, permitting, environmental, and regulatory policies.
Telecom Or Experience Working For Tower Company a Must.
Network Real Estate Specialist Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for site acquisition and development initiatives
Drive vendor performance tracking and maintain comprehensive project trackers
Manage project budgets and purchase orders for new site developments
Coordinate with Real Estate Specialists, SAR, law firms, and West Territory teams for Deal Memo/Routing Document packages
Oversee real estate document management in NetDocs/FUZE systems
Conduct and participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project teams
Maintain accurate site databases with development milestones
Provide regular project status updates to Network Team, Real Estate Manager, and stakeholders
Manage vendor relationships and ensure project success through effective communication
Network Real Estate Specialist Required Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant experience
Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and diplomatic skills for working across management levels
Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Experience with project management tools and databases
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Telecommunications real estate and/or property management experience
Experience with Purchase Orders and budget management
Project Management and Vendor Management expertise
Administrative assistance background
Familiarity with FUZE SPM and WebEX platforms
