Seeking to connect with legal professionals with more than 10 years of experience for an interesting role with a banking company in Gurgaon. Responsibilities :
-1. Legal Advisory and Support:
Provide legal advice and support to the Retail Business unit on a wide range of matters including lending, financial products, customer agreements, and compliance. Review, draft, and negotiate loan agreements, customer contracts, and other legal documents. Ensure legal support for new product development and go-to-market strategies in the retail segment.

Regulatory Compliance
:
Ensure the organization’s adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines governing the NBFC and financial services industry. Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company’s retail business operations and develop strategies to adapt to these changes.
3. Security Creation:
Ensure that a robust security creation process is established and followed across different states and jurisdictions Develop guidelines and procedures for the creation and registration of security interests, ensuring compliance with state level requirements. 4.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess legal risks in business operations and develop mitigation strategies. Implement policies and procedures to minimize legal and compliance risks.
5. Dispute Resolution and Litigation:
Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes related to retail loans, collections, and customer disputes. Coordinate with external legal counsel for effective resolution of cases.
6. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with

cross-functional teams
