Your New Role:

Comprehensive estate planning offerings and personal attention are the foundation of this thriving legal practice. You will provide the highest level of service when advising clients on a variety of matters including estate planning, probate and trust administration, and tax and business planning. Our team is seeking an attorney with tax planning experience to deliver above and beyond client service and work product. We would like to find an individual who focuses on the details, enjoys working in teams, and wants challenging work. We would prefer someone who is mature, responsible, and always has a positive attitude. We require an easy-going personality, no drama, strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Anyone who has a good sense of humor, loves great food, travel, and animals is a plus. Preference will be given to someone who has experience with complex and high net worth individuals, trust and estate administrations, and gift and estate tax matters.

Loveland & Hurley, PLLC is a boutique estate planning and estate administration law firm focused on client service. We are a team of caring, supportive, and collaborative women. We are passionate about what we do and are committed to providing a high level of expertise and excellent service to our clients. We have an opening for an experienced attorney to join our team. This is an opportunity to learn and work with two creative and dynamic Texas board-certified attorneys and a wonderful staff of other attorneys, paralegals, and assistants where our entire team’s focus is on quality estate planning and administration.

We are Looking for an Individual Who:

Has 2-7 years of experience handling estate planning and high-level estate tax planning.
Possesses an in-depth knowledge and understand of advanced estate planning principals, trust and estate administration, and tax laws.
Is a growth-minded professional with outstanding analytical ability, sound judgment and excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Is interested in being part of an enthusiastic team who share a commitment to business and practice development, with the ultimate goal of providing clients with top-notch service.
Loves the idea of working with families and developing strong lasting client relationships.
A Tax or Estate Planning LLM is a plus.
Current license to practice law in the State of Texas is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
