Job Summary:
Immediate opening available for a boutique personal injury firm in Central Phoenix. The candidate will be in charge of clients and caseload for all types of pre-litigation personal injury matters. Amazing staff and casual and fun environment with a firm with a great reputation. Salary from $90,000 – $150,000 with included bonus structure and commensurate with experience. Position is M-F from 8am – 5pm, holidays and weekends off plus vacation and sick time.
Responsibilities:
– · Spanish Speaking is required
· Must be duly licensed to practice law in Arizona
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to work well with staff, providers, clients, vendors, adjusters, and others
· Willingness to provide direction, teach and train in-house team members
· We are willing to train the right attorney with the right attitude in the event candidate does not have personal injury experience
Qualifications:
– Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
– Admitted to the state bar association and in good standing
– Proven experience as an Attorney, preferably in the relevant practice area but willing to train
– Strong legal research and writing skills
– Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
– Familiarity with legal administrative procedures and practices
– Proficiency in legal drafting software (e.g., Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw)
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
– Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on legal developments
-Willingness to teach and mentor firm staff
