JOB OVERVIEW
Joe Frick Law, PLLC is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our family law practice. Our Firm values accountability, integrity, and client service. You will be entrusted to make strategic decisions, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
This role does not require marketing or initial consultations responsibilities. You will be working closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. You should be comfortable taking responsibility for case outcomes and making sure each client receives personalized, results-driven representation.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience practicing family law
Licensed to practice in Idaho (required)
First chair trial experience
Experience with case management software
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
Ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
Litigation and trial work
Independently manage divorce and child custody matters from strategy starting point through resolution or trial
Comply with firm policies, including timely billing and reporting requirements and/or participate in regular case-review sessions
Stay current on statutory changes, case law developments, and local court procedures that can affect case strategy.

Compensation starting at $100,000 – $120,000; commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities tied to individual and firm performance.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Location:
Boise, Idaho 83702 (candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work)
