What You’ll Do
Manage pre-litigation Lemon Law cases from intake to settlement
Negotiate with vehicle manufacturers to maximize financial recovery
Communicate with clients daily (2+ hours of calls), guiding them through the legal process
Keep cases moving — handle documentation, follow-ups, and fund collection
Deliver a 5-star client experience with empathy, clarity, and confidence
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in law firm support, client communication, negotiation, or case management
Excellent phone and email communication skills
Confident, organized, and driven by results
Experience in negotiation, dispute resolution, or consumer protection is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
