Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Receptionist at Nilo J Sanchez & Associates PA Family Law & Divorce Attorneys in Tampa, FL. The Legal Receptionist will be responsible for legal document preparation, phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and maintaining effective communication within the office.
Qualifications
Law and Legal Document Preparation skills
Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette
Experience in Receptionist Duties
Ability to manage confidential information securely
Knowledge of family law procedures is a plus
Organizational and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent required, some college
Competitive Salary Commensurate with experience
